STMC Educational Subsidy 1 & 2 for school year 2021 – 2022

Dear STMC members,

The STMC Management would be releasing our Education Subsidy at an earlier date this year 2021 to help augment the needs of our members during these extraordinary times as we are still facing the global pandemic.

Below is our policy on Education Subsidy 1 & 2 for school year 2021 – 2022.

Objectives:

  • To provide financial assistance for the education of members’ dependents thru tuition fee subsidy for school year 2021-2022.
  • To augment the financial needs of member thru utilization of accumulated statutory funds and members benefits.

 

  1. Eligibility to receive Education Subsidy 1:
  • As a reward to ALL members as of April 8, 2021 (Note: For this year 2021, STMC will be giving this subsidy to ALL members as financial support during this quarantine period)
  • With minimum paid-up capital of P1000
  • Active member during payout period.
  • Need to submit photocopy of proof of expenses* for school year 2021-2022, with an amount not lower than P500 (*receipt of groceries & medicines will be accepted this year).

Submission starts on May 03, 2021 until August 31, 2021 via COOP drop box or email to rose.endozo@stmcoop.org

  • Qualified student can either be a relative or non-relative.

 

  1. Eligibility to receive Education Subsidy 2:
  • COOP member as of March 31, 2021
  • With minimum paid-up capital of P1000
  • Active member during payout period.

 

  1. Guidelines on E-learning
  • E-learning will be accessible at www.stmcoop.org.  E-learning participation by proxy is not allowed.
  • The e-learning period will start from April 12-14, 2021.
  1. 4. How to participate in e-learning:
  • Visit the STMC website and look for LOGIN box
  • Type your user name (ST ID#) and password. (The default password is the last 4-digit of your BPI payroll account.)  Please take note that your passwords in e-voting & e-learning are the same)
  • Scroll down the “Member Information” button and click e-learning.
  • Read and answer thoroughly the STMC GA Approval of Shuttle Service Project, then click ”Submit my answer”
  • The computation for the Education Subsidy 1 and 2 will appear.
  • To lessen the load of STMC website, we request all members to please exit or log out the COOP website once done on e-learning
